Dear Parents and Guardians:
Is your child due for a well child exam and/or vaccines? Did you know your child can now complete these visits at school? Legacy Community Health has partnered with your school to make these visits easier than ever through our school-based health care clinic right on campus!
Our team of qualified medical professionals are on campus daily to provide comprehensive wellness checks with full physical exams, vaccinations, and bloodwork screenings.
We help manage ongoing issues and answer any questions you or your child may have regarding their health. Parent(s)/guardian(s) are not required to accompany their child’s pediatric appointment, but are welcome to if they choose.
